As Warehouse and Office Coordinator/Customer Service Rep, you would be reporting directly to the Distribution Center Manager and would be responsible for the day to day operations of the Warehouse. This would include inventory and cycle counts, receiving shipments and logging the inventory onto the system, processing orders for delivery and providing top class service to customers.
Skills and Experience:
A strong background in Warehousing is essential for this role and your customer service skills will be put to good use daily so outstanding interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) are essential. Being highly organized will be one of your core competencies and the ability to work in both office and warehouse environments.
As this is a physical role there will be times that you will need to be able to lift 50-75lbs safely. As you will be Coordinating between the warehouse and office, you will be the go-to person for most queries and show how well you multi-task when needed.
This position is Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:00pm and will offer between $21 and $25 per hour depending on experience. Once you have passed your probationary period you will be eligible for the company benefits.
