Platinum Personnel has the privilege of working with The Flowr Corporation – offering exciting opportunities within their Cannabis industry start-up! We are looking for a high volume of Outdoor Production/ Farm Labour who possess a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and have the ability to take and follow instructions. This is a temporary seasonal opportunity from July – November located in Lake Country with the potential to go permanent for the right individuals. Hours are full-time, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Shifts run Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday.
Orientation is currently scheduled for July 22, 2019.

Field Team Members provide on-site support for the care and maintenance of Flowr cannabis under the direction of the Outdoor Production Manager to ensure the visual aesthetic and high quality of cannabis. The position will include transplanting, watering, pruning, moving, deboning, hanging, drying, and of cannabis, maintaining personal hygiene, and workspace cleanliness in accordance with Health Canada and standards set by The Flowr Corporation.
CORE JOB DUTIES
This role will require flexibility in the scope of work, particularly during the summer months when duties may include raking/lifting of rocks or other material and repeated physical general labour tasks that may require heavy lifting. You must be in good physical condition.
Operates under the Outdoor Production Manager or their designate through policies and procedures established by The Flowr Corporation, regulations of federal and provincial governing bodies, and contributes to the implementation of new or changing policies and procedures. Operates interdependently within cultivation team under the supervision of the Trim Lead or their designate.
