CannaFest Music Festival in Grand Forks, BC is gearing up to hold their 5th annual classic rock festival from August 8-10th, 2019! Take advantage of the ultimate opportunity to work then play! Get paid to be a part of CannaFest- one of the most successful classic rock events in North America!

The Role

We’re looking for a high volume of reliable and responsible Parking Attendants to direct cars and RV’s at parking lots and campsites throughout the CannaFest festival grounds. Experience as a lot attendant is desirable but not required. Any necessary equipment/training will be provided onsite as well as access to drinking water and first aid during your shifts.

While the event is 3 days long, some attendees will be camping in the days leading up to the festival. Therefore, we need parking attendants from Tuesday, August 6th – Saturday, August 10th. Ideally, you will be available for multiple days of the festival.

 

Available Shifts

Tuesday, August 6th

7:00am – 7:00pm

(15 x parking attendants required)

 

Wednesday, August 7th

7:00am- 7:00pm

(15 x parking attendants required)

 

Thursday, August 8th

Noon-7:00pm

(20 x parking attendants required)

 

Friday, August 9th

Noon-7:00pm

(10 x parking attendants required)

 

Saturday, August 10th

Noon-7:00pm

(10 x parking attendants required)

 

The Wage

Parking Attendants will earn $15/hour and will be eligible for overtime pay for shifts longer than 8 hours in length.

 

The Perks

Parking Attendants will receive:

  • a free event wristband for access to the music festival when they are not required on shift
  • a $20 food voucher for each day of work
  • Free access to a camp site if you wish to stay overnight during the festival (you must provide your own tent/supplies)
