We have a great Temp to Perm opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a family run Property Management Company in Kelowna. This well-established firm has been in operation for over 40 years and are looking to bring on an upbeat and vibrant Office Administrator to assist with a variety of general administration tasks. This person will be the first point of contact for tenant inquiries and general reception plus liaison with sub trades. Helping prepare lease documents and will collaborate with management to help run the day–to–day operations of the office. We are looking for a real team player, with good working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook and top notch customer service. A certificate or diploma in Legal Assistant would be considered an asset.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 5:00 with 1 hour lunch break between 12 – 1.
