Based in West Kelowna near highway 97, this thriving company who are looking for someone to help them with a busy period. This well recognized organisation has strong ties to the Government and works with both permanent and temporary staff. This is a busy but friendly environment.

The role & experience: –

As an experienced HR/Recruitment Coordinator, it goes without saying that you are knowledgeable with the usual day to day responsibilities of this role including employee relations and recruitment & onboarding of new employees. Other areas may include advertising positions, conduction candidate interviews and writing job specifications with the hiring managers.

Is it no surprise for a HR position that you will have outstanding communications skills both written and verbal as well a strong personality, as you know there can be some uncomfortable conversation/situations that you will be dealing with.


It is highly desired that you have a qualification in Human Resources (HR), but Grade 12 education and three years’ recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is a must.

As a person you are organized and highly professional as you are working with confidential employee details. Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel, typing 45+ wpm are required and it is highly desirable to have a strong level of accuracy for data entry.

The Package:-

For this part time position there are two possible scenarios of working hours, 1) 7 hours per day for 4 days per week or 2) 4 hours per day 5 days per week. The requirement does not have a fixed length of time as is an ongoing position and is paying up to $21 per hour depending on experience.
