Are you a HR Coordinator looking for a long-term position that starts as part time but could grow to full time in due course with a great, well established and growing manufacturing company? The role & experience: –

As an experienced HR Coordinator, it goes without saying that you are knowledgeable with the usual day to day responsibilities of this role including employee relations, performance management, training, tracking staff attendance and time keeping and recruitment & onboarding new employees. Other areas may include Occupational Health & Safety, Benefits administration, tracking requests for vacation and assisting with payroll data entry as and when required. Payroll details are submitted to payroll service provider ADP to process.

Is it no surprise for a HR position that you will have outstanding communications skills both written and verbal as well a strong personality, as you know there can be some uncomfortable conversation/situations that you will be dealing with.


It is highly desired that you have a qualification in Human Resources (HR), but Grade 12 education and three years’ recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is a must.

As a person you are organized and highly professional as you are working with confidential employee details. Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel, typing 45+ wpm are required and it is highly desirable to have a strong level of accuracy for data entry.

The Package:-

The competitive salary is depending on your previous experience and is pro rata for a part time position, once you have completed your probationary period you will be eligible for the company benefits package (50/50) with paid vacation.

For this position, the standard working hours will be 6 hours per day/30 hours per week between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. This position is currently part time but due to continued company growth this could develop into a full time position.
