Busy customer focused office seeking enthusiastic Receptionist
Our client is a very busy customer focused Real Estate office, seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to be responsible for greeting customers and answering phones on a busy switchboard. Other general admin duties to support other departments may be required but the main task is managing the phones and greeting customers.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
This is a Temp to Perm opportunity. Temporary wage will start at $15/h. Full benefits after perm hire and probation.
Skills required: 2 – 3 years experience in a professional office in a Receptionist or front line role. Proficient in Outlook with minimum typing speed of 45 wpm. Office or Business Administration Certificate considered an asset. Professional phone manner a must.
