An excellent opportunity to join an exciting company and utilize your years of Payroll experience.

Our client, located in Kelowna BC is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to become part of their dynamic team.
Responsibilities will include:

-Process bi-weekly payroll for employees
-Inputting new hires into the payroll system, updating changes
-Updating Personnel Changes
-Preparing payroll reports
-Perform manual cheque calculation when necessary
-Answer questions in regards to time & attendance
-Reporting and remittances
-Reconcile payroll accounts

Successful candidate will be an organized, self-starter that is able to work autonomously and  possesses the following skill set:
– Good understanding of GAAP
-Experience with full-cycle payroll
– Experience working with ADP or similar program
– Ability to multi-task and strong organization skills
– Excellent attention to detail
– Solid intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
– Ability to prioritize workloads, manage multiple tasks and deadlines
-Canadian Payroll Certificate
