Our client, located in Whitehorse is seeking an experienced Intermediate Clerk for a four month Term position.
Responsibilities would include:
-Editing and formatting of documents including labels, envelopes etc.
-Perform Mail merges
-Create new form formats, store formats and make variable edits
-Create multi-page documents including major editing, inserting formatting, multi-column text with tables and charts
-Create statistical documentation from hand-written or rough copy items.
Essential Skills Required:
-Experience in providing face to face service to clients
-Experience in maintaining database records
-Knowledge of Non-Insured Benefits Program
-Knowledge of Indian Residential Schools Resolution Health Support Program
-Ability to work well as a part of a team and work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
-Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple demands
-Effective written and oral communication in person, over the phone and via email
-Effective interpersonal skills and ability to take initiative and use sound judgement
-Experience working in a Health related field
-Experience providing client Services
Successful candidate must already possess or be able to apply and be cleared to an Enhanced Reliability Level to be considered for this role.
Term position from October 16, 2017 until February 6, 2017. 37.5 hours per week. Times of work will range between 8-4pm, 830-430pm and 9-5pm.
