Our client is looking for a competent person to manage their credit card processing.
This person should have strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Obtaining credit cards from customers to process payments
- Organize paperwork for daily processing
- Handle customer & branch inquiries
- Take care of declining credit card customers
- Send receipts upon request
- Ability to search various CC software
- Must be detail oriented
- Knowledge of billing procedures and accounts receivable
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to prioritize and manage responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Problem solving skills
- Able to handle change as we evolve our CC system moving forward
