Overview

Assist Accounting department with AP, AR and various Administrative duties.

Our clients are in need of Accounting clerks – sometimes for temporary, short term only, sometimes it goes temp-perm and sometimes it’s a permanent hire for the right person immediately. We are looking for experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable people. Must have solid Word, Excel and Outlook skills. Strong customer service and communication skills along with good attention to detail and ability to follow up and reconcile accounts are also necessary. Related experience would include invoicing, filing, document control, posting, collections and number crunching.
